I have been VERY impressed and pleased with the results produced by following Kira’s nutrition
advice. I’ve lost weight, my A1C is down from 6.6 to 5.5 and I live in a constant state of
euphoria. I couldn’t be happier with these results. Even my endocrinologist was impressed at
the progress I had made.
